Our '14 Odyssey had a very expensive engine problem - same as what Honda had extended warranties for on earlier models (but not ours). On our behalf he pursued warranty coverage for us from the regional Honda rep and succeeded. Reduced a totally unexpected $3800 repair down to $1. We are SO thankful for Greg's help and for Honda's loyalty to us!! We’ve serviced our 4 Honda’s at Rusty Wallace for 14 years and they’ve been really good to us.
